Chef André developed his craft by working with and studying culinary geniuses such as Daniel Boulud, Todd English, Paul Liebrandt, Thomas keller, and Marcus Samuelson. He hopes to bring this knowledge to An Artistic Taste and create a company that embraces creativity, expression, and elegance, qualities he has acquired throughout this career. Chef André believes, if one truly enjoys his/her craft it will show in their work, or for him, his creations. His culinary vision is to fuse his background in fine dining and attention to detail, with his love for casual and wholesome cuisine.
